Drugs Misuse Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Drugs Misuse Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 June 2008. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Drugs Misuse Regulation 1987 . 4 Amendment of sch 4 (Specified quantities for particular dangerous drugs) Schedule 4, after entry for ‘Methylamphetamine’— insert— ‘3,4-Methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA) Paramethoxyamphetamine (PMA) 200.0g 200.0g’.
