s1 2 s3 Drugs Misuse Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2001 No. 52, 2001 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Drugs Misuse Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2001. 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Drugs Misuse Regulation 1987. 3 Insertion of new s 29 Part 5— insert— ‘29 Deferral of expiry of Act, pt 5B (Act, s 43Y) ‘The expiry of part 5B 1 of the Act is deferred by 1 year. 2 ’.
