Act 1999 No 67—Proclamation

GORDON SAMUELS, Governor I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Drug Summit Legislative Response Act 1999, do, by this my Proclamation:

(a)	appoint 10 March 2000 as the day on which that Act (Schedule 3.3 excepted) commences, and
(b)	appoint 3 April 2000 as the day on which Schedule 3.3 to that Act commences.
