s1 2 s5 Drug Rehabilitation (Court Diversion) Amendment No. 369, 2002 Regulation (No. 2) 2002 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Drug Rehabilitation (Court Diversion) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2002 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 31 December 2002. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the DrugRehabilitation(CourtDiversion)Regulation 2000. 4 Insertion of new s 11 After section 10— insert— ‘11 Transitional provision for Drug Rehabilitation (Court Diversion) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2002 ‘Schedule 1, 1 as in force immediately before the commencement of this section, continues to apply in relation to a person for an offence if— (a) the person was referred for assessment for the offence under the Act, section 16 2 before the commencement of this section; or (b) an intensive drug rehabilitation order was made for the person for the offence under the Act, section 19 3 before the commencement of this section.’. 5 Amendment of sch 1 (Eligible persons) (1) Schedule 1, entries for Beenleigh, Ipswich and Southport— omit. 1 Schedule 1 (Eligible persons) 2 The Act, section 16 (Referral for assessment) 3 The Act, section 19 (Making of order)
