Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Drug Misuse and Trafficking Act 1985.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to amend Schedule 1 to the Drug Misuse and Trafficking Act 1985 to include various synthetic cannabinoid substances as prohibited drugs under that Act. This Regulation is made under the Drug Misuse and Trafficking Act 1985, including sections 44 and 45 (the general regulation-making power).
