His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Drug Misuse and Trafficking Act 1985.

The object of this Regulation is to amend Schedule 1 to the Drug Misuse and Trafficking Act 1985 to make a minor correction to the form in which the requisite quantities of analogues of a particular prohibited drug are set out.
This Regulation is made under the Drug Misuse and Trafficking Act 1985, including section 45 (the general regulation-making power).
