REGULATION

(Relating to custody and analysis of drug exhibits)

HI§ Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council,
and in pursuance of the Drug Misuse and Trafficking Act 1985, has been

pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Regulation made under the Drug Misuse and Trafficking Act 1985 published in Gazette No. 79 of 30 June 1995 (at page 3447) is amended

by omitting from clause 2 (d) the words “the Part” and by inserting

instead the words “this Part”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to rectify a technical defect in an earlier Regulation by correcting an error in the description of matter that that Regulation directed be omitted from clause 8 (2) of the Drug Misuse and Trafficking Regulation 1994.

The Regulation is made under sections 39S and 45 of the Drug Misuse and Trafficking Act 1985.
