REGULATION

(Amending the Schedule of prohibited plants or drugs)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Drug Misuse and Trafficking Act 1985, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement

1. This Regulation commences on 10 October 1994.

Amendment

2. Schedule 1 to the Drug Misuse and Trafficking Act 1985 is

amended by inserting in alphabetical order the following matter:

4-Bromo-2.5 dimethoxyphenethylamine 15DDU 4DDU 25DDU 0.025Kg 0.1 Kg 0.02g
or or or
0.3g 0.08 0.5g

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to add the substance 4-Bromo-2,5 dimethoxyphenethylamine (known as “Nexus”) to the Schedule of prohibited plants or drugs set out in the Drug Misuse and Trafficking Act 1985.

This Regulation is made under section 44 of the Drug Misuse and Trafficking Act
