HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council,
and in pursuance of the Drug Misuse and Trafficking Act 1985, has been
pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Schedule 1 to the Drug Misuse and Trafficking Act 1985 is amended
by inserting in alphabetical order the following matter:

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The object of this Regulation is to add certain substances to Schedule 1 to the Drug
Misuse and Trafficking Act 1985. The Schedule identifies prohibited drugs and prohibited plants, and prescribes traffickable quantities of prohibited drugs and prohibited plants, for the purposes of that Act.
This Regulation is made under section 44 of the Drug Misuse and Trafficking Act
