His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Drug Misuse and Trafficking Act

1985.

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to describe more specifically a substance as a prohibited drug under Schedule 1 to the Drug Misuse and Trafficking Act

1985. The substance is currently prohibited as it is an analogue of other

prohibited drugs specified in that schedule.

This Regulation is made under section 44 of the Drug Misuse and

Trafficking Act 1985.

1 Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Drug Misuse and Trafficking Act

Amendment (Prohibited Drugs) Regulation 1997.

2 Amendment of Drug Misuse and Trafficking Act 1985

The Drug Misuse and Trafficking Act 1985 is amended as set out in Schedule 1.
