His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Drug Misuse and Trafficking Act 1985.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to amend Schedule 1 1to the Drug Misuse and Trafficking Act 1985 so as to add the substance 4-Methylthioamphetamine (commonly known as “Flatliner”) to the list of prohibited drugs contained in that Schedule.
This Regulation is made under the Drug Misuse and Trafficking Act 1985, including section 44 (the power to make regulations amending Schedule 1 to that Act).
