Drug Court Regulation 2005

This Regulation amends the by prescribing Mount Druitt Local and 32 (the general regulation-making power).

Court as a court that may refer an eligible person to the Drug Court.

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Drug Court (Amendment) Regulation 2006.

2 Amendment of Drug Court Regulation 2005

The Drug Court Regulation 2005 is amended by inserting “Mount

Druitt,” after “Liverpool,” in clause 5 (b).
