Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Drug and Alcohol Treatment Act 2007.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to repeal the Drug and Alcohol Treatment Regulation 2009. As the Regulation prescribes the areas in respect of which the Drug and Alcohol Treatment Act 2007 applies, the Act will no longer have any application.

This Regulation is made under the Drug and Alcohol Treatment Act 2007, including section 55 (the general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Drug and Alcohol Treatment Repeal Regulation
2011.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the
NSW legislation website.

3      Repeal

The Drug and Alcohol Treatment Regulation 2009 is repealed.
