Driving Instructors Amendment (Fees)

Regulation 2003

Driving Instructors Act 1992

Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Driving Instructors Act 1992.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to increase certain fees payable in connection with the administration of the Driving Instructors Act 1992. The fees are increased in line with movements in the Consumer Price Index.

The fee for a duplicate licence is not being increased.

This Regulation is made under the Driving Instructors Act 1992, including section 59

(the general regulation-making power) and, in particular, section 59 (2) (a).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Driving Instructors Amendment (Fees)

Regulation 2003.

2 Commencement

This Regulation commences on 1 July 2003.

3 Amendment of Driving Instructors Regulation 1993

The Driving Instructors Regulation 1993 is amended as set out in

Schedule 1.
