DRIVING INSTRUCTORS ACT 1992—REGULATION

(Relating to fees)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Driving Instructors Act 1992, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement

1. This Regulation commences on 1 July 1995.

Amendment

2. The Driving Instructors Regulation 1993 is amended by omitting

Schedule 1 and by inserting instead the following Schedule:

FEES

Licence subject to a condition that the holder complete a further

course of training within a specified time ....................... 31
Any other licence ...................................................................... 102
Renewal of licence ................................................................... 102
Duplicate licence ...................................................................... 15

Certificate under section 46 of the Act .............................. 13

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to increase certain fees payable in connection with

the administration of the Driving Instructors Act 1992.

This Regulation is made under that Act, including section 59 (the general

regulation-making power).
