DRIED VINE FRUITS STABILIZATION REGULATIONS - SECT. 1.
Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Dried Vine Fruits Stabilization Regulations.*1*

DRIED VINE FRUITS STABILIZATION REGULATIONS - SECT. 2.
Base price, 1972 season

2. For the purposes of sub-section (2) of section 10 of the Dried Vine Fruits Stabilization Act 1971, the base price for the season that commenced on the first day of January, 1972, is- (a) in respect of currants-Three hundred and seventeen dollars ninety-six cents per ton; (b) in respect of sultanas-Two hundred and seventy-seven dollars ninety-six cents per ton; and (c) in respect of raisins-Two hundred and forty-seven dollars ninety-six cents per ton.

DRIED VINE FRUITS STABILIZATION REGULATIONS - SECT. 3.
Base price, 1973 season

Added by 1974 No. 121 3. For the purposes of sub-section (2) of section 10 of the Dried Vine Fruits Stabilization Act 1971, the base price for the season that commenced on 1 January 1973 is- (a) in respect of currants-$323.38 per ton; (b) in respect of sultanas-$283.38 per ton; and (c) in respect of raisins-$253.38 per ton.

DRIED VINE FRUITS STABILIZATION REGULATIONS - SECT. 4.
Base price, 1974 season

Added by 1975 No. 51 4. For the purposes of sub-section (2) of section 10 of the Dried Vine Fruits Stabilization Act 1971, the base price for the season that commenced on 1 January 1974 is- (a) in respect of currants-$362.83 per ton; (b) in respect of sultanas-$322.83 per ton; and (c) in respect of raisins-$292.83 per ton.

DRIED VINE FRUITS STABILIZATION REGULATIONS - SECT. 5.
Base price, 1975 season

Added by 1976 No. 86 5. For the purposes of sub-section 10 (2) of the Dried Vine Fruits Stabilization Act 1971, the base price for the season that commenced on 1 January 1975 is- (a) in respect of currants-$442.93 per ton; (b) in respect of sultanas-$402.93 per ton; and (c) in respect of raisins-$372.93 per ton.

DRIED VINE FRUITS STABILIZATION REGULATIONS - SECT. 6.
Base price, 1976 season

Added by 1977 No. 93 6. For the purposes of sub-section 10 (2) of the Dried Vine Fruits Stabilization Act 1971, the base price for the season that commenced on 1 January 1976 is- (a) in respect of currants-$467.09 per tonne; (b) in respect of sultanas-$427.73 per tonne; and (c) in respect of raisins-$398.20 per tonne.
