Dried Vine Fruits Equalization Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Dried Vine Fruits Equalization Act 1978.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations are taken to have commenced on 1 July 1991.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Dried Vine Fruits Equalization Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Regulation 3a (Time for payment of levy)

3.1   After paragraph 3a (f), add:

 “; and

• (g)

  in relation to dried fruit of the following class, namely raisins produced during the season that commenced on 1 January 1990, the period is the period of 9 months that commenced on 1 January 1991.”.
