Dried Vine Fruits Equalization Levy Regulations (Repeal)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with advice of the Federal Executive Council and after taking into consideration the recommendations made by the Australian Dried Fruits Corporation to the Minister of State for Primary Industry with respect to regulations to be made for the purposes of section 8 of the Dried Vine Fruits Equalization Levy Act 1978, hereby make the following Regulations under that Act.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 January 1982.

Repeal of former Dried Vine Fruits Equalization Levy Regulations

2. Statutory Rules 1979 No. 269 are repealed.
