Dried Vine Fruits Equalization Levy Regulations (Amendment) (Cth)

GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of
the Federal Executive Council and after taking into consideration the
recommendations made by the Australian Dried Fruits Corporation to the Minister
of State for Primary Industry with respect to regulations to be made for the
purposes of section 6 of the

After regulation 2 of the Dried Vine Fruits Equalization Levy Regulations the following regulation is inserted:
“2a. For the purposes of section 6 of the Act, the rate of levy in respect of each of the following kinds of dried fruit produced during the season that commenced on 1 January 1982 is—
(a) in the case of currants—$432 per tonne;
(b) in the case of sultanas—$492 per tonne; and
(c) in the case of raisins—$520 per tonne.”.
