Dried Fruits Levy Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and having taken into consideration relevant recommendations made to the Minister by the Dried Fruits Research and Development Council, make the following Regulations under the Dried Fruits Levy Act 1971.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 1 January 1996.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Dried Fruits Levy Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Regulation 2 (Rate of levy)

3.1   Paragraph 2 (a):

Omit “$8.50”, substitute “$9.00”.

3.2   Paragraph 2 (c):

Omit “$25.00”, substitute “$27.00”.
