Dried Fruits Levy Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and having taken into consideration the recommendation with respect to the rate of levy made to the Minister by the Dried Fruits Research Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Dried Fruits Levy Act 1971.

Rate of levy

Regulation 2 of the Dried Fruits Levy Regulations is amended:

(a) by omitting from paragraph (a) “$3.50” and substituting “$4.50”;

(b) by omitting from paragraph (b) “$10.00” and substituting “$11.00”;

(c) by omitting from paragraph (c) “$8.00” and substituting “$10.25”.
