Dried Fruits Levy Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and having taken into consideration the recommendation with respect to the rate of levy made to the Minister by the Dried Fruits Research and Development Council, make the following Regulations under the Dried Fruits Levy Act 1971.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Dried Fruits Levy Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

[NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s. 48.]

2.   Regulation 2 (Rate of levy)

2.1   Paragraph 2 (a):

Omit “$7.40”, substitute “$8.50”.

2.2   Paragraph 2 (c):

Omit “$21.00”, substitute “$25.00”.
