REGULATIONS UNDER THE DRIED FRUITS EXPORT CONTROL ACT 1924-1953.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Dried Fruits Export Control Act 1924-1953.

Amendments of the Dried fruits Export Control (Election of Board) Regulations. 

Voter to make declaration.

1. Regulation 22 of the Dried Fruits Export Control (Election of Board) Regulations is amended by omitting the word “ witness ” and inserting in its stead the words “ a person enrolled as an elector under the Commonwealth Electoral Act 1918-1953 ”.

The Schedule Form C.

2. The Schedule to the Dried Fruits Export Control (Election of Board) Regulations is amended by adding at the end of Form C the following paragraph :—

“ The signature of the voter on the declaration shall be witnessed by a person enrolled as an elector under the Commonwealth Electoral Act 1918-1953.”.
