Dried Fruits Export Charges Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and after report to the Minister of State for Primary Industry by the Australian Dried Fruits Corporation, hereby make the following Regulations under the Dried Fruits Export Charges Act 1924.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 May 1982.

Rate of charge

2. Regulation 5 of the Dried Fruits Export Charges Regulations is repealed.
