Act No. 7, 1975.

An Act to increase the maximum sum which is to be contributed annually to the New South Wales Dried Fruits Board by the person in whose name a packing house is registered under the Dried Fruits Act, 1939. [Assented to, 4th April, 1975.]

Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. This Act may be cited as the "Dried Fruits

(Amendment) Act, 1975".

2. The Dried Fruits Act, 1939, is amended by omitting from section 15 (4) the words "five ninety-sixths of a cent per pound" and by inserting instead the words "four dollars per tonne".
