AN ACT to continue the operation of the Dried Fruits

Act, 1926.

[Assented to 17th November, 1931.]

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows :—

Short title.

1.

This Act may be cited as the Dried Fruits Act Con-

tinuance Act, 1931.

Continuance of

principal Act.

2.

The Dried Fruits Act, 1926, shall continue in operation until the thirty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five, and no longer; and the last section thereof, as amended by the Dried Fruits Act Continuance Act, 1929, is amended by deleting the words "thirty-two," in line two of the section, and inserting in lien thereof the words "thirty- five."
