AN ACT to continue the operation of the Dried Fruits

Act, 1926,

[Assented to 27th November, 1929.]

B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority Of

the same, as follows:—

This Act may be cited as the Dried Fruits Act Con-

tinuance Act, 1929.

The Dried Fruits Act. 1926, shall continue in opera- tion until the thirty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, and no longer; and the last section thereof is amended by deleting the word "thirty" and insert- ing in place thereof the words "thirty-two."
