AN ACT to continue the operation of the Dried Fruits
Act 1926-1937.
[Assented to 12th October, 1944.]
BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—
| This Act may be cited as the Dried Fruits Act Amendment Act, 1944, and shall be read as one with the Dried Fruits Act, 1926-1937 (No. 49 of 1926 as reprinted in the Appendix to the Sessional Volume of the Statutes for the year 1928 and amended by the Acts No. 41 of | Short title. |

2. (a) The principal Act as amended by this Act shall ocrprevacie
continue in operation until the thirty-first day of March, itti:atio„.

amended by deleting the words "forty-five" in line two
of the section and inserting in lieu thereof the words
"forty-seven."
