AN ACT to continue the operation of the Dried Fruits

Act 1926-1937.

[Assented to 12th October, 1944.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

This Act may be cited as the Dried Fruits Act Amendment Act, 1944, and shall be read as one with the Dried Fruits Act, 1926-1937 (No. 49 of 1926 as reprinted in the Appendix to the Sessional Volume of the Statutes for the year 1928 and amended by the Acts No. 41 of

1937, No. 21 of 1939 and No. 3 of 1942), hereinafter

referred to as the principal Act.

2.    (a) The principal Act as amended by this Act shall ocrprevacie

amended by deleting the words "forty-five" in line two

of the section and inserting in lieu thereof the words

"forty-seven."
