AN ACT to continue the operation of the Dried

Fruits Act, 1926-1937.

[Assented to 22nd November, 1939.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Dried Fruit, Jet sl'n't

Amendment Act, 1939, and shall be read as one with the Dried Fruits Act, 1926-1937 (No. 49 of 1926 as reprinted in the Appendix to the Sessional Volume of Statutes for the year 1928 and amended by the Act No. 41 of 1937). hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

2.       (a) The principal Act as amended by this Act ocrptitypei

shall continue in operation until the thirty-first day of Act.

(b) Section thirty-six of the principal Act (as amended false, tie

by Acts No. 21 of 1929, No. 32 of 1931, No. 15 of 1934, and !,;',,tPdne'Pai in line two of the section and inserting in lieu thereof the words "forty-three."
