Drainage of Mines Act Repeal Act 1988, No. 62 727 BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- 1. Short Title . This Act may be cited as the Drainage of Mines Act Repeal Act 1988. 2. Repeal . The Drainage of Mines Act of 1912 is repealed.
