Application for approval of the DPW Plant Hire Pty Ltd Enterprise Agreement 2022 (NSW).

1. DPW Plant Hire Pty Ltd has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the DPW Plant Hire Pty Ltd Enterprise Agreement 2022 (NSW) (the Agreement).

1. I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187, 188 and 190 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.

1. The Agreement is approved and will operate from 5 September 2022. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 4 September 2026.
