Application for unfair dismissal remedy.

[1] Further to proceedings on 6 May 2010, I determine that Mr Dorian Hanaor (the Applicant) was dismissed, in that his employment was terminated at the initiative of his former employer, Mercury Colleges Pty Ltd T/A Mercury Colleges (Mercury).

[2] The matter will now proceed to determine whether the termination was unfair.
