Dooleys Lidcombe Catholic Club Limitd ACN 000 963 244 Employee Enterprise Agreement 2010-2013.

[1] On 19 May 2010, Dooleys Lidcombe Catholic Club Limited filed an application, pursuant to s.185 of the Fair Work Act 2009, seeking the approval of an enterprise agreement titled the Dooleys Lidcombe Catholic Club Limited Employee Enterprise Agreement 2010-2013 (“the Agreement”). The Agreement is a single enterprise agreement.

[2] Further to proceedings on 28 May 2010, when I raised a number of questions about the pre-approval steps and the content of the Agreement, I have today received a notice of discontinuance. In the circumstances, I vacate the hearing that had been scheduled for 10 June 2010. The proceedings are now concluded.
