DETERMINATION

By consent the determination of the Tribunal is that the extension of the term of exploration licence 39/344 held by Mount Burgess Gold Mining Co. NL is not an act attracting the expedited procedure.  In accordance with s.32(5) of the Act, the Tribunal requests the Government party and the grantee party to negotiate in good faith with the native title party with a view to obtaining their agreement to the doing of the act or the doing of the act subject to conditions to be complied with by any of the parties.  In accordance with s.32(5) of the Act the Tribunal offers to mediate among the negotiation parties to assist in obtaining their agreement.
