1—Short title
These regulations may be cited as the Domestic Violence Regulations 1994.
2—Commencement
These regulations will come into operation on 1 August 1994.
3—Interpretation
In these regulations—
the Act means the Domestic Violence Act 1994.
4—Foreign domestic violence restraining orders
For the purposes of the definition of a foreign domestic violence restraining order in section 3 of the Act, the following laws are declared to be laws corresponding to the Act:

Revocation of regulations
The Domestic Violence Regulations 1994 were revoked by r 3 of the Domestic Violence Regulations 2006 on 8.6.2006.
