I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Domestic Violence Orders (National Recognition) Act 2016 .30 October 2017

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Domestic Violence Orders (National Recognition) Regulations 2017. 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which the Domestic Violence Orders (National Recognition) Act 2016 commences. 3Principal ActIn these regulations, the Domestic Violence Orders (National Recognition) Act 2016 is referred to as the Principal Act. 4The amendments effected by this regulation have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Domestic Violence Orders (National Recognition) Act 2016. 5The amendments effected by this regulation have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Domestic Violence Orders (National Recognition) Act 2016.
