Made under the Domestic Violence Orders (National Recognition)
Act 2017 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.     Citation

This proclamation is the Domestic Violence Orders (National
Recognition) Act 2017 Commencement Proclamation 2017.

2.     Commencement of Act

The Domestic Violence Orders (National Recognition) Act 2017,
other than sections 1 and 2, comes into operation on
25 November 2017.

Note: The Domestic Violence Orders (National Recognition) Regulations 2017 and

the Restraining Orders Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2017 come into
