s1 2 s4 Domestic Violence (Family Protection) Amendment (No. 1) No. 86, 2000 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Domestic Violence (Family Protection) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2000 . ˙ Commencement 2.(1) Sections 3 and 4 commence on 12 May 2000. (2) Section 5 commences on 1 July 2000. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the DomesticViolence(FamilyProtection)Regulation 1993 . ˙ Amendment of s 3 (Prescribed laws (definition “interstate order”, s.3 of the Act)) 4. Section 3(c) to (g)— omit, insert— ‘(c) section 4 of the RestrainingOrdersAct1997 of Western Australia; (d) section 99 of the Summary Procedure Act 1921 , and section 4 of the Domestic Violence Act 1994 , of South Australia; (e) section 106B of the Justices Act 1959 of Tasmania; (f) section 4 of the Domestic Violence Act 1986 , and section 197 of the Magistrates Courts Act 1930 , of the Australian Capital Territory; (g) section 4 of the Domestic Violence Act 1992 of the Northern Territory; (h) section 14 of the Domestic Violence Act 1995 of New Zealand.’.
