Domestic Meat Premises Charge Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Domestic Meat Premises Charge Act 1993.

1.   Commencement

1.1   Regulations 3 and 4 are taken to have commenced on 1 January 1994.

[NOTE: The remainder of these Regulations commences on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s. 48.]

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Domestic Meat Premises Charge Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Schedule 2

3.1   Column 3 of item 3:

Omit “$2,480”, substitute “$1,240”.

3.2   Column 3 of item 4:

Omit “$2,650”, substitute “$1,325”.

3.3   Items 5 and 6:

Omit the items, substitute:
