1. Name of regulations

   These regulations are the Domestic Animals Amendment Regulations 2002 (No 1).

2. Commencement

   These regulations commence on their notification day.

3. Regulations amended

   These regulations amend the Domestic Animals Regulations 2001.

4. Schedule 1, new item

   insert

9A 41 (4) taking dog into prohibited area 150

1. Renumbering—schedule 1

   renumber the items when regulations next republished under the Legislation Act 2001
