Domestic and Family Violence Protection Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2012 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Domestic and Family Violence Protection Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2012 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the DomesticandFamilyViolenceProtection Regulation 2003 . 3 Amendment of s 7 (Prescribed laws—Act, schedule, definition interstate order ) (1) Section 7(c)— omit. (2) Section 7— insert— ‘(ga) the Intervention Orders (Prevention of Abuse) Act 2009(SA);’. (3) Section 7(d) to (ga)— renumber as section 7(c) to (g).
