Domestic and Family Violence Protection Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2009 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Domestic and Family Violence Protection Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2009 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the DomesticandFamilyViolenceProtection Regulation 2003. 3 Replacement of s 7 (Prescribed laws—Act, schedule, definition interstate order ) Section 7— omit, insert— ‘7 Prescribed laws—Act, schedule, definition interstate order ‘For the definition interstate order in the schedule of the Act, each of the following is a prescribed law— (a) the Crimes (Domestic and Personal Violence) Act 2007(NSW); (b) the Domestic and Family Violence Act(NT); (c) the Domestic Violence Act 1994(SA); (d) the Domestic Violence Act 1995 (NZ); (e) the Domestic Violence and Protection Orders Act 2008(ACT); (f) the Family Violence Act 2004(Tas); (g) the Family Violence Protection Act 2008(Vic); (h) the Justices Act 1959(Tas); (i) the Restraining Orders Act 1997(WA); (j) the Summary Procedure Act 1921 (SA).’.
