HEREAS it is desirable to amend Act No. 320 of 1884, Premble.

W intituled 'l An Act to amend the Dog Act, 1867 ": Be

it therefore Enacted by the Governor of the Province of South

Australia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly of the said province, in this present Parlia- ment assembled, as follows:
