it is desirable to increnso certain penalties imposed by t l ~ e | D$ Act |
of 1860, ancl otherwise to amend the said Act as herein provided-
Be it therefore Enacted, by t21e Govenlor-in-Chief of the Province
of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative
Council and House of Assembly of the said Province, in this preseut
Parliament assembled, its follo6s:

of a greater age than three calendar months, for

such dog
a penalty or sum not exceeding Six Pounds nor less thinThree Pounds.
