Dog (Restricted Breeds) Amendment

Regulations 2004

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Dog (Restricted Breeds)
Amendment Regulations 2004.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Dog (Restricted
Breeds) Regulations (No. 2) 2002*.

3.            Regulation 14 amended

Regulation 14 is amended by deleting -22 April 2004" and inserting instead —

" 22 April 2005
