An Ordinance to amend the Dog Control Ordinance 1975

Short title

1.  This Ordinance may be cited as the Dog Control (Amendment) Ordinance 1985.¹

Removal of faeces

2.  Section 22 of the Dog Control Ordinance 1975² is amended by omitting from sub-section (1) all the words after “unless” and substituting “the person removes the faeces to a place that is not a prescribed place.”.
