Ordinance under the Seat of Government (Administration) Act 1910.

An Ordinance to amend the Dog Control Ordinance 1975

Short title

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Dog Control (Amendment)

Ordinance 1982.1

Principal Ordinance

2. In this Ordinance, "Principal Ordinance" means the Dog Control

Ordinance 1975.2

Application for registration of dog

Authorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counsel—also accessible at

3. Section 9 of the Principal Ordinance is amended by omitting from

paragraph (3) (b) "$8" and substituting "$9".

Return of impounded dogs

4. Section 30 of the Principal Ordinance is amended—

(a) by omitting from paragraph (2) (a) "$15" and substituting "$18";
(b) by omitting from paragraph (2) (b) "$23" and substituting "$28"; and
(c) by omitting from paragraph (2) (c) "$31" and substituting "$37".
