Made under the Dog Amendment Act 2013 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council.
1. Citation
This proclamation is the Dog Amendment Act 2013
Commencement Proclamation 2013.
2. Commencement of Act
The Dog Amendment Act 2013, other than sections 1 and 2,
comes into operation as follows —
(a) Parts 2 and 3, on 1 November 2013; (b) Part 4, on 8 November 2013.
