AN ACT to amend " The Dog Act, 1883."

[Assented to, 18th September, 1885.]

HEREAS it is expedient to amend " The Dog Act, 1883 :"

THE provisions aforesaid shall not affect any liability in- curred, or any proceedings commenced or taken in respect thereof before the coming into force of this Act, but such proceedings may be continued as if this Act had not passed.
