1Citation

This Plan may be cited as the Doctors Gully Aquatic Life Reserve Management Plan 1993.

2Commencement

This Plan takes effect from 1 February 1993.

3Application

This Plan applies to the fishery management area known as Doctors Gully Aquatic Life Reserve declared by notice in Gazette No. S51 published on 8 October 1992 as amended by notice in Gazette No. S5 published on 28 January 1993.

4Prohibited activities

A person shall not:

• (a)

  take fish or aquatic life;

• (b)

  injure or destroy fish or aquatic life; or

• (c)

  have possession or control of fish or aquatic life,

in the fishery management area to which this plan applies.
